The mother of murdered teenager Brianna Ghey has joined other bereaved parents in pursuit of reforms surrounding social media use. Esther Ghey's daughter Brianna was murdered by 15-year-olds Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe in a Warrington park last year - they had watched videos of the torture and murder of people on the dark web in the weeks before they killed Brianna.
