Stratford's deadlifting grandma heads to Europe

Meet 63 year old Martine Barons from Stratford-upon-Avon, a deadlifting grandma who's off to the European championships. Martine has always been active, and enjoys Pilates, but didn't realise quite how strong she was until her friend showed her how to deadlift. She was able to lift 60kg on her first attempt and can now comfortably lift 100kg. She told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Phil Upton how that, and being selected to represent Team GB happened in under six months.
