Grantham swimmer Freya Colbert says that she is confident of a strong performance in Paris, following her victory in the 400m individual medley at the World Championships in February. The 20-year-old, who trains at Loughborough University, is making her Olympic debut and admits to looking forward to experiencing the games as much as competing in them. Rob Makepeace caught up with Freya at training.
