Ever wondered how Lincolnshire plum bread is made?

Available for over a year

It's one of Lincolnshire's best-known and loved food products, often served with butter and a piece of cheese. Many families will have their own recipe - but how is traditional plum bread made? Myers Bakery in Horncastle claims to be the first in Lincolnshire to have produced plum loaves commercially, in 1901. Robert Myers is the fifth generation of the family to run the business.
