Food Thursday - Air Fryer Sweet Potato Crisps

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups sweet potatoes - 2 medium sweet potatoes 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin ½ teaspoon salt Instructions: 1. Thinly slice sweet potatoes. 2. Toss in a bowl with the salt and leave to stand. 3. Squeeze out any excess liquid. 4. Toss in the oil and the brown sugar, chili powder and cumin. 5. Lay sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer touching or overlapping a tiny bit. 6. Air Fry at 190°C for 6 to 9 minutes at depending on how thin your slices are. 10. Shake the basket halfway through or lightly stir to get them off the bottom of the air fryer bottom. 11. When done remove crisps to a cooling rack and let them cool. They will get crispier as they cool.
