The Charity Commission has banned Captain Sir Tom Moore's daughter and her husband from being charity trustees. The independent watchdog said Hannah Ingram-Moore and Colin Ingram-Moore, from Marston Moretaine, have been disqualified for 10 and eight years respectively. The pair said they fundamentally disagreed with the decision, but would not appeal it. Andy Collins heard what this could mean for the Captain Tom Foundation they set up.
