Pollution 'forces' family out of Portsmouth

A mum has described wanting to "get out" of coastal city because of the impact of air pollution on her family. Portsmouth is one of the most densely populated outside London and has experienced levels of nitrogen dioxide higher than the legal limit. Kelly Inch said she has been forced to move as she believes traffic fumes are contributing to her daughter's asthma.
