People in Boston say some of the town's grass verges have become overgrown - but it's unclear which authority is responsible for cutting them. Boston Borough Council says it was not being paid enough by Lincolnshire County Council to do the job and has handed back responsibility, a decision the county council described as "last minute" and "disappointing".
