ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR’s Make a Difference Awards are back for 2024. Over the last few months, we've received hundreds of nominations for the incredible people that make Coventry and Warwickshire a better place to live, and now it's finally time for you to meet them all. South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind run a group called Green Minds; they have sessions in Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa. The group gets together every week to encourage people to better their mental health by getting involved in outdoor gardening activities.
