Available for over a year

The comedian has thrown his weight behind the forthcoming comedy festival, in honour of the West Midlands comedy legend. Rik Mayall died in 2014, aged 56, a life 'unfinished' according to long-time friend and collaborator, Ben Elton. The pair met whilst studying at Manchester University and went on to work on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ comedy The Young Ones. Mr Elton said he missed his friend dearly and would support any event in his name. Mayall starred in ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ comedies including Bottom, Blackadder, Kevin Turvey, Comic Strip Presents and The New Statesman. Ben Elton is embarking on tour through August, September, October and November 2024.
