A ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ investigation has found councils have stopped running 183 libraries and most of those have closed. And more than 900 have reduced their hours in the past seven years, 28 of those are in Birmingham. Eve Webster has been at Weoley Castle library finding out more.
