Lauren Rowles: ‘Queer, mum, Paralympic champion’

Paris: Grassroots to Glory

Available for over a year

The Bromsgrove para-rower has secured a historic hat-trick of golds in Paris, triumphing with her partner Greg Stevenson in the mixed PR2 double sculls. Lauren says that she’s proud to be a role model to people who were like her, when she was little, talking to Tammy Gooding. She added that she’s inspired by Tom Daley – who had his fifth games in France – about the chance to compete in four years’ time, when her son Noah can watch her. Credit: Paralympics GB/Imagecomms.
