The father of Steve Todd from Cleobury Mortimer commanded a large landing craft in Operation Dragoon. The military feat saw hundreds of thousands of soldiers land on the south coast of France on August the 15th 1944. Steve attended the recent 80th anniversary commemorations in France, but was disappointed by the lack of British representation. He's been speaking with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Shropshire's Rob Trigg
