When Hilsea's military defences were made in the mid-1800s it would have been hard to envision them storing bass drums instead of bombs, two centuries later. One of the historic bomb-proof gun fortress has been transformed into a music studio and café, fit for modern times. And of course our ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ reporter Bob Diggles had to go and check it out with its owner Paul Caruana.
