North Manchester General hospital rebuild up in the air

Plans to rebuild North Manchester General hospital have been thrown up in the air. The previous Conservative government had announced plans for 40 new hospitals. Current Labour Health secretary Wes Streeting has now given the go ahead for some but not North Manchester General. The government says it's currently not affordable. Michelle Dignan gets reaction from Labour MP for Blackley and Broughton, Graham Stringer.
