A women from Malvern who has dedicated 32 years of her life helping vunerable people in Worcestershire has been awarded an OBE. Kay Coombes works for ARCOS (Association for Rehabilitation of Communication and Oral Skills) It's a charity which helps children and adults with speaking, eating and drinking difficulties rehabilitate. Our reporter Felicity Kvesic went to meet Kay the day after she was awarded her OBE
