Available for over a year

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ radio presenters across the UK are diving head first into a mammoth new swimming challenge for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need. It's called the Thousand Mile Challenge. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR have formed a swim team and will be doing our bit of the challenge which is twenty four miles. A really important part of Trish Adudu's journey in this challenge is diversity in swimming - and the idea of getting more black, asian and ethnic minorities swimming at a competitive level. She spoke to Alice Dearing, the first black female swimmer to represent Team GB at the Olympics, to find out where the myth originated from.
