ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR presenter Vic Minett, is driving a car without a steering wheel, a made in Coventry, 1904 Lanchester in the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. The world famous event commemorates the change in law to allow cars and vehicles to drive up to 14 miles per hour in 1896. Vic spoke to Ben Cussons, Chairman of the RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run Steering Group.
