Rescued seal gets VIP treatment

Available for over a year

Rocky the seal has become the first animal to be flown into a wildlife hospital in Essex. The grey seal pup was found exhausted and underweight by divers in Jersey, but the only seal facility in the Channel Islands was closed. Instead, Rocky was flown on a private jet to Southend and transported to the South Essex Wildlife Hospital, where he’ll be nursed back to health. (Photo credit: South Essex Wildlife Hospital)
