Why didn't doctors say my daughter was suicidal?

Available for over a year

Sarah Renton can't understand why her daughter's doctor didn't warn the family that the teenager had talked about killing herself. Seventeen year-old Issy Phipps died at home in Cookham in April last year. The day before, she told a GP in Gloucester what she was planning. But no one contacted Issy’s parents, something the Berkshire coroner said contributed to her death. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s James Ingham reports. (Photo credit: Sarah Renton)
