Baked Brie en Croûte Ingredients:- - Wheel of brie Any size - Puff pastry 1 sheet - Cherry jam 2 T - Fresh rosemary 1 small sprig. - Walnuts Small handful. - Egg 1 METHOD:- - Preheat oven to 200 C. - Crack egg and add a pinch of salt to make egg wash. - Trim puff pastry to make a circle large enough to wrap around your wheel. of brie. - Finely chop rosemary and stir into cherry jam. - Chop walnuts. - Place brie in the center of your trimmed puff pastry, top with jam and then walnuts. - Wrap puff pastry up and around cheese. Gently press to secure. - Paint on egg wash and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. - Let stand 10-20 minutes before serving.
