Available for over a year

Monty Panesar is a former England Cricketer and an icon in his own right. He was the first practising Sikh to represent England back in 2006 during England's tour of India, and outside of cricket he's an advocate for mental health and holds events across the country, raising money for local charities. At these events, Monty often discusses mental health and confidence during times of stress. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Rena Annobil has been chatting to Monty, and began by talking about speaking up if your feeling low.
