Bad odour getting worse

Available for over a year

Residents in the Heathcote and Whitnash area of Leamington say a bad stench has been making their lives a misery and it's getting worse. It's just the latest issue they're having to deal with after being plagued by a fly infestation for the past two years. They claim both issues are linked to the local recycling plant Berry Circular Polymers but this hasn't been confirmed by the company, Warwick District Council or the Environment Agency. Now the Labour MP for Warwick and Leamington Matt Western has promised to push the issue with a minister in the Environment department Emma Hardy MP, to help get to the bottom of the fly and odour issues. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Ushma Mistry has been speaking to some of the residents.
