The cold weather has a huge impact on the homeless community in Birmingham and on people who are struggling with energy and heating costs. And keeping warm will be a huge challenge for so many people during cold conditions. However not many know of a network of free to use warm spaces that are available across the West Midlands. Sharon Fear and Caroline Gorman are from Birmingham based Tabor Living which offers a shelter for people experiencing tough times on the streets.
