Critical incident declared in South Warwickshire

Available for over a year

The head of urgent and emergency care for NHS England, Professor Julian Redhead, has warned that the peak of flu season is still to come - and that hospitals are already full to bursting. At least sixteen NHS hospitals have declared critical incidents as flu cases rise. Bosses at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust have issued the critical incident alert due to pressure on services and are asking the public for their consideration.
