Hartlepool boy's litter picking mission

11-year-old Theo from Hartlepool, assisted by him mum Gemma, has made it his mission to keep the streets of Hartlepool clean. Theo, who has autism and hypermobility, has now been given a national award by Clean Up UK for his weekly litter picks that he started during the pandemic. Louise Hobson went to meet him.
