The Prison Phoenix Trust, based in Summertown, supports the rehabilitation of prisoners through meditation and yoga across the country. Imam Monowar Hussain is a former High Sheriff of Oxford and founder of the Oxford Foundation. He’s been working with the Prison Phoenix Trust and is joined by Selina Sasse, the director of the trust to explain how it works. Paul is a former prisoner who was on remand and facing a big prison sentence when he discovered yoga. He shares his story.
