In Dorchester, the location of a fire just before Christmas is still boarded off. The fire, at the Gorge Cafe, was severe and left the building and those beside it so dangerous that investigators are unable to get inside to find out the cause. Meanwhile, businesses and shoppers have been dealing with the disruption of a divided South Street.
