A Warwickshire mum is hoping a plea for organ donation could help her at a critical time. Amber Simmonds was diagnosed with hereditary polycystic kidney disease when she was 13, her mum and brother also both had it. Now 16 years later, as her three children have it she's hoping to raise awareness of people testing for possible kidney donation. Amber spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR presenter Vic Minett.
