Down to earth advice on growing your own fruit and vegetables with allotment gardener Terry Walton, from his plot in the Rhondda Valley. It's another cold day on the plot but the ground is manured and prepared waiting for the new season to start. It's time to plant some of the early seed potatoes into pots in the greenhouse, and shallots ready to produce some early spring onions. And as it's Valentine's Day, Terry's sticking to his tradition and sowing tomato seeds - also known as 'love apples'.
