Energy Price Cap going up in April

Ofgem has announced the new Energy Price Cap and it's higher than expected. Domestic energy prices will rise by 6.4% in April. People using an average amount of gas and electricity will pay £1,849 a year. At the same time water bills and council tax will also rise.
