A new transitional government is meant to take power in Syria at the beginning of March. It will be a key step in Syria’s post-Assad transition, which has - so far - been smoother than expected. Another milestone was when hundreds of Syrians gathered in Damascus for a long-delayed national dialogue conference. Hind Kabawat was one of seven members of the preparatory committee, and the only member from Syria's minority communities.
