It was the last thing the crew expected, a cargo ship that "came from out of the blue" and struck the Stena Immaculate oil tanker sparking fires and a mass evacuation and leaving a crew member missing. Meanwhile Humberside Police say a 59-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter in connection with collision in the North Sea. It has opened a criminal investigation into the incident.
