The Parkrun Alphabet Challenge

Available for over a year

A young midlands filmmaker is set to debut a new film - a documentary following one family's Parkrun challenge. Ella Preston is 24 from Stivichall, Coventry and her new film, How To Be An Alphabeteer, comes from an idea at the end of 2019. For Ella and her mum Rebecca to spend a year, running a Parkrun for every letter of the alphabet in the correct orde, not an easy feat and for those who might have attempted this in the past, not one you can do entirely in the UK! But it's a challenge that ended up spanning more than 4 years and problems such as family loss and a global pandemic. Ella spoke to Vic Minett on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR about the film and where the idea came from.
