Covid changed the way many of us lived our lives, for some it meant a new career. Kieran Joseph was a teacher at Barrs Hill school in Coventry just before lockdown. During the pandemic he worked in a warehouse and had a dream to start his own business. He is now a CEO of his own company, Guardian Ballers, which helps young people navigate their mental health using sport and conversations to help them open up. Navkiran Mann went to meet him.
