Hartlepool defibrillators 'have already saved lives'

After Pam and Bill Shurmer lost their son, Danny, in 2021 to cardiac arrest, they made it their mission to install defibrillators throughout the town. Since then, they've installed 81 units in the town. Pam joined Amy Oakden.
