Community book swaps are coming back to some London stations! Earlier this year - safety concerns from the London Fire Brigade meant book swap libraries in tube stations were removed. But after working with TfL - and with new fire safety compliant cabinets - next month they'll be popping up again at certain stations across the capital. So what makes them so special?
