The Eden Education Cafe in Hartlepool opened to give young people who struggle with mainstream school an opportunity to learn in a different way. It teaches the children food hygiene, customer service and hospitality, at the same time as them studying maths and English. Louise Hobson visited the cafe to find out what they do.
