The disability charity Scope held it's annual awards last week where Inkfire, a disability based marketing company won the award for most 'Inclusive Workplace'. It's believed that the Bournemouth based company is the 'world's first disabled-led marketing agency'. All of their staff is disabled and neurodiverse, and Imali told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Steve Harris how they work.
