Why did my sacked police colleague get his job back?
Available for over a year
A former 999 call-handler has accused the Met of breaking its promises to listen to whistleblowers, after the colleague she complained about was sacked - but later given back his job. Issy Vine reported the male staff member over comments he made- which the Met describes as "entirely unacceptable". The force says there has been a thorough review of the misconduct process.
