The homeless charity Shelter says the issue of homelessness has reached a record high across Stoke-on-Trent. Recent data show on any given night, there are 25 people sleeping on the city's streets which is up from just 16 last year. Behind these figures lies a quieter crisis: Hidden homelessness, where people are sleeping on the sofa or even sleeping in their cars.
