Ajay Saggar, a musician from the Netherlands, aka Bhajan Bhoy, has released several albums and toured the world – but his latest work, 'Summer in St Mary’s' was recorded on a 19th century organ in St Mary’s church in South Cowton in North Yorkshire. Claudia Robinson has been finding out more.
