What it's like living with uterine fibroids like actress Lupita Nyong'o

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ OS

Available for over a year

Oscar winning actress Lupita Nyong'o speaks out about "suffering in silence" with uterine fibroids. Uterine fibroids is a condition where noncancerous growths develop in the uterus. Symptoms can include heavy or painful periods, abdominal pain and back pain. Lupita's diagnosis has been inspiring other women to share how they've also been affected by the condition. We bring together three women in different parts of the world to hear about their experiences - Sateria in the US, who met with Lupita to discuss raising awareness of uterine fibroids, Dawn in the UK and Apurva in India.
