Should over-70s be made to take eye tests to drive?

Available for over a year

Over-70s could be banned from driving if they fail compulsory eye tests, as part of a big shake-up of motoring laws being planned by the Government. The proposals could also include reducing England's drink driving limit. Joe Pike explains the proposals and Paul Addison talks to a former driving instructor.
