A £10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest of a Liverpool man described as one of Britain's most wanted fugitives in connection with two murders more than 20 years ago. Kevin Parle is suspected of shooting dead 16-year-old Liam Kelly in 2004 and Lucy Hargreaves, 22, a year later. Now aged 45, he has been on the run since 2005.
