You might remember Jacob – the 10-year-old from Wellesbourne whose fitness journey went viral after he began training with brothers Harry and Joe Freeman from Boxwave Fitness in Stratford-upon-Avon. Once bullied so badly that he gave up football, Jacob has now become an inspiration to many. His transformation videos have racked up tens of millions of views, and nearly £12,000 has been raised to support him. Jacob returns with Harry and Joe to share an update on his journey with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR’s Trish Adudu.
