A massive 31-storey tower has been approved for the City of London next to the Walkie Talkie. It's being nicknamed 'The Jewel', and will have nearly 60,000 square metres of office space. The building has been designed to resemble a crown at its top, with distinct glass panels. But, as patterns of work change, does London actually needs a new skyscraper?
