Are Gaza protests today "un-British"?

Voice of the UK

Available for over a year

Sir Keir Starmer says that pro-Palestinian protests today, on the second anniversary of the October 7th attacks, are “un-British. The Prime Minister has written in the Times, saying that while some have protested against the Israeli government's actions in Gaza, "others have used this as a despicable excuse to attack British Jews for something over which they have absolutely no responsibility. […] This is not who we are as a country. It's un-British to have so little respect for others.†Students from different London colleges are planning a joint march and protests are also expected in Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Bristol. So, is he right? Nicky heard from callers from all over the UK.
