If you took out a car finance deal between April 2007 and November 2024, some compensation could well be on the way to you. The financial regulator is consulting on a scheme that would see an average payout per car deal of around £700 - which is lower than previous estimates. Andrew Wrench from Trentham was one of the first people to take car finance companies to the Supreme Court.
