From pub kitchen to Michelin Chef

Available for over a year

Chef Paul Foster was baking cupcakes for doormen in a Coventry pub as a kid and ended up running his own Michelin-starred restaurant. Paul was the founder of SALT in Stratford-upon-Avon, which closed earlier this year after eight remarkable years. He's now set up a new venture sharing cooking tips online. He told JD about his journey and what he's up to now.
